After spending an inordinate ammount of time studying Gabe Brown's book 'Dirt to Soil' and Jim Gerrish's book 'How to Kick the Hay Habit', we have decided to jump feet first into regenerative agriculture.

This means that we plan on pursuing an intesive grazing and cover cropping strategy in order to regenerate the soil, the crops, and the animals.
